From October 30 to November 3, in Clermont-Ferrand, took place the first training camp gathering the 40 players of the 2013-2014 French selection of roller derby. Let’s have a look behind the scenes Kozmic Bruise’s Blog:
(…) Then, in the afternoon, the real thing started. Skating. We had six or seven hours of skating per day, plus a one-hour workout as an introduction every day. The workout mainly consisted in a 20 min jogging and plyometrics.
