FISE expands its footprint on continents and narrows list of host cities for its 2016-2018 world series.
With a presence in Europe and Asia, FISE footprint will continue to grow on an international scale from 2016, and extend its position as one of the leaders in the Action Sports event industry. The Selection Committee congratulates the candidates cities which put time and great effort into submitting well thought and remarkable bids and proudly announces the 5 destinations which have made the shortlist.
Denver (US), Edmonton (Canada), Kazan (Russia), Qatar, United Arab Emirates– are all in the running to stage the 2016-2018 FISE World Series including the first ever UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup. Only 3 cities will join Montpellier (France), Chengdu (China) and Langkawi (Malaysia) in 2016, bringing the number of FWS stages to 6.
After the smashing success of stage 1 in Montpellier last May, FISE World Series will be travelling to Chengdu-China on October 16-18 before heading to Langkawi on December 16-18 for the ultimate stop of the 2015 FISE World Series.
