Aim of the drill
Performing the push off skates while keeping a skating stance. That drill aims at improving your balance on one foot during the push. Be careful not to have improper hip movements.
Length of the drill
Three times on each side.
Stimulated muscle groups:
- Quadriceps
- Hamstrings
- Claves
- Anterior tibial muscle (shin)
- Abs
- Lumbars (low back)
