One-leg flexions
The good stance
- On one leg only, get into a skating stance
- Do flexions
- Make sure your shoulders remain on the same line, so that once back on skate you don’t pump
- Only your bottom goes up and down
Tips
Don’t go up to a complete straight leg to avoid injuries.
Repetitions
15 flexions on one leg / 15 on the other leg
