Static work on cross-overs
A few instructions
- Start from a low basic stance
- The aim is to remain low and compact
- Pass the foot in front and behind the supporting leg
- You realize that your knees are almost static
Repetitions
Series of 2×8 to 2×10 sec on one leg: 8 to 10 seconds with the foot in front, 8 to 10 sec with the foot in the back.
