The best European skaters compete on the ice of Heerenveen (Netherlands) this weekend at the 2013 Essent ISU European Speed Skating Championships. The competition lasts three days. Among the ice-skaters, here are the result of the inline skaters…
The 500m was held on Friday. Sven Kramer (NED) took the seventh place, Bart Swings (BEL) finished 19th and Ferre Spruyt (BEL) 26th.
Long distance skaters did better results in the 5000m: Sven Kramer (NED) won the race in 6:12.55. Bart Swings took the 4th place in 6.58 seconds. Ferre Spruyt (BEL) finished 19th.
500m ladies: Francesca Lollobrigida (ITA) took the 17th place. Sara Bak-Briand (DEN) finished 27th.
1500m men: Bart Swings (BEL) took the 4th place only 15/10 of the winner Konrad Niedzwiedzki (POL). Sven Kramer (NED) finished 8th and Ferre Spruyt (BEL) 22nd.
3000m ladies: Francesca Lollobrigida (ITA) finished at the 16th place, Vanessa Bittner (AUT) 26th and Sara Bak-Briand 27th.
