On June 17, 2017, took place the 8th edition of the World Inline Hockey Master Championship in Bolzano (Italy). 80 games filled the PalaOnda Arena with life.

Veterans

12 nations and 22 national teams took part in the event, including two newcomers: Hungary and Slovakia. The latter created a stir in winning the Veterans Cup and beating the USA 8 to 4. The Czech Republic got the bronze, against Canada (4 to 3).

Masters

In the Masters Category, the Czech Republic seized the gold against the USA (3 to 1), just like in 2016. The hosting team, Italy, got the bronze against Switzerland, 2 to 0.
