The German national championship of roller-derby was held for the first time in Stuttgart from 28 to 30 June 2013. It was a great premiere under the aegis of the German Federation of Roller Skating (DRIV). 10 teams competed for the national title with the principle of KO system. In the final, the Stuttgart Valley Roller Girlz met the Berlin Bombshells. The Berlin players won their first national title in the history of German roller-derby.
